How much is the planning fee?

Does the planning fee include my flights and hotels?
No — the fee is for the itinerary design itself. Flights, hotels, and any tours are booked separately through 1000 Mile Travel Group, at standard pricing.

Do I have to book through you?
The itinerary is yours to use either way, but bookings made through me help fund the time that goes into planning it properly.

How far in advance should I get in touch?
The earlier the better for anything with limited availability (small boats, peak season), but get in touch regardless — I’ll tell you honestly if the timing’s tight.

Do you only do the three main destinations?
Sri Lanka, South America, and the Albania–Greece–Turkey coast are where I have the deepest, most current knowledge — but I’ve travelled far more broadly than that. Ask about anywhere.
